If you haven't, it's a YouTube video where a guy calls a black kid stupid and asks him what 9+10 is. The black kid says 21. This is such an obvious black shaming ritual by the numbers.

Why did the boy say the answer was 21? It's not hard to figure out

This part is absolutely insane and makes the ritual so obvious and clear
